Office Information

CPRS in East York is conveniently located on Cinema Drive, behind Turkey Hill and in the same complex as Marcello's Pizza and Berkshire Hatheway. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training.

Andrew, our clinic manager, is a board certified orthopedic specialist and has extensive training in treating all orthopedic injuries/conditions. In addition to treating all orthopedic conditions, Andrew treats vestibular disorders including BPPV and vestibular hypo function. Andrew has a direct access license, which enables patients to start physical therapy for 30 days, without a physician's script.

Additionally, Andrew has had research published and spoken on shoulder injuries in athletes on numerous occasions. Andrew is heavily involved with the York running club, and continues to write articles for their monthly newsletters. He treats a variety of running injuries including: IT band syndrome, Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, knee pain and more. Treatment includes video gait analysis.

Andrew, PT, DPT, has been a physical therapist with CPRS since 2011. He graduated from Arcadia University in 2011 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree, and also graduated from Arcadia University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He grew up locally and graduated from Eastern York High School in 2004. Andrew resides in Windsor Township with his wife Katelynn, son Lincoln, daughter Sydney and dogs Cally, Bettis and Fiona. Andrew is a published author of research on shoulder injuries in swimming athletes. Andrew enjoys running, cycling, golfing, hunting and playing the piano.



David, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

David, PT, DPT joined CPRS Physical Therapy and is a professional since 2022. He graduated from Messiah College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Health Science. Additionally, David earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel University. David currently lives in Lancaster and enjoys fishing, hunting, and watching baseball with family and friends.


Tricia, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Tricia, PTA, joined CPRS Physical Therapy and is a licensed professional since 2016.  Tricia is a graduate of Juniata High School.  Additionally, Tricia has an undergraduate degree from Central Penn College and Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Lock Haven University.  Currently, Tricia resides in Mt. Wolf and enjoys cooking, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.

 




Hope, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Hope, PTA, joined CPRS and is a licensed professional since 2024. She graduated from Mason Dixon High School in 2021 and obtained her associate degree from Central Penn College in 2023. Hope enjoys riding her horse, working out, and reading books.




Ryan, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Ryan, PTA, joined CPRS in 2024 and is a seasoned Physical Therapy Assistant, having started his career in 2015 after graduating from Essex County College after attending Ramapo College of New Jersey. He specializes in aquatic therapy and comprehensive orthopedic care, from pre to post-operative recovery, manages treatments for patients with neurological deficits, and expertly treats a large variety of spine deficits. Ryan also contributed to the professional community by training students from the Essex County PTA program. Beyond his clinical responsibilities, Ryan has a passion for working out, coaching basketball, music, art, and trying new restaurants, considering himself a foodie. His diverse interests help him connect with and care for his patients on multiple levels.”
